I myself was suffering with sleep disorder initially but slowly I have maintained a proper sleep and wake up cycle.
Basically, as per the report, mobile usage at night is the biggest sleep hurdle so, keep your mobile away from you at least 1 hour before sleep.
Limit Consumption of Alcohol
Alcohol and ED relation:-

How I quit my drinking:-
Slowly you have to reduce your dependency on alcohol and then gradually wean it off. Now, I am clean of alcohol for more than 3 years. It’s an achievement for me.
I also stopped going out for booze party with my friends and it helped me to stay away from alcohol

I must say it didn’t actually cure my erectile dysfunction permanently but certainly helped me in getting a hard erection.

Taking a break of one month is advised because the efficacy of medicine reduces if you take it continuously for a long time.
